Meerkat Pups Explore Habitat

Let’s check in on the meerkat pups! The five pups explored their outdoor habitat for the first time this week. Animal Care Supervisor Adam said they have started eating bugs (their favorite!) and some meat. They are all doing a great job following their parents around. Today we are bringing the Zoo to you with a video of their first adventure in their outdoor space! The pups were a little cautious, spending some time in the entryway looking around the habitat before they went exploring.
