Go Green Kits
Looking to make the move towards sustainable living? Go Green!
The Zoo Crew, Reid Park Zoo’s teen volunteers, created the Go Green Kits to help make your life a little more green every day. Each kit comes with a plethora of eco-friendly products that are easily incorporated into everyday life and make you feel good about your choices. At the end of the year, all the money raised from Go Green Kits is allocated to conservation projects by our Zoo Crew members. Order a kit online or keep a look out for the Zoo Crew selling kits at special events!
Types of Go Green Kits:
The Lunch Kit includes a Bento box, a bamboo cutlery set, reusable sandwich and snack bag, and a reusable Reid Park Zoo tote bag. $25 each/$40 for two
The Household Kit includes Bee’s wrap, two wool dryer balls, two Swedish dishcloths, three mesh produce bags, a bamboo toothbrush, and a Reid Park Zoo tote bag. $25 each/$40 for two
Pick Up Details: Go Green kits will be available for pick up everyday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at main entrance of the Zoo, or Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the reception desk at 1030 S Randolph Way. Once you order your Go Green Kit you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours letting you know we have received your order.
