Thank you for supporting Reid Park Zoo with your Zoo membership purchase! Your membership materials will arrive via mail in 10-14 business days. If you would like to visit us prior to receiving your materials please present a copy of your emailed confirmation along with a picture ID at the entrance gate. If you are planning to purchase event tickets or education camps with your member discount please note that all membership submissions take 48 business hours to process and your discount may not work immediately.
