With a guest list of animals from around the globe, the Zoo provides a wildly exotic and stunning setting that will make everything you plan anything but ordinary. Exchange vows at sunset as elephants look on from a sprawling African Savannah. Dance the night away in a lush garden under the light of the moon. Whether your wedding will host 100 or 1,000, from elegant to playful, Reid Park Zoo will make it an affair to remember.

Our largest and most popular venue, the Event Garden is a green and vibrant outdoor area that makes a gorgeous setting for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and
seated dinners. The space easily accommodates a large dance floor or stage and has a full audio system.

Flamingo Lagoon
Colorful flamingos wading in gentle pools before an ancient stone temple facade form a peaceful and distinctive background as you seal your nuptials and first kiss. Situated near the front entry plaza, Flamingo Lagoon is suited for ceremonies and cocktail receptions with the nearby Event Garden just steps away for a convenient reception spot.

Expedition Tanzania
Impress your guests with sweeping views of the Zoo’s Expedition Tanzania, home to herd of African elephants. As a beautiful sunset cascades across this African landscape, you may forget you’re in Tucson! The area’s Boma Circle is
ideal for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours, or dancing while the nearby Pachyderm Patio provides a one-ofa-kind ambiance for receptions or dinners for one-stop convenience.

Venue
Conservation Learning Center
This partially-covered outdoor area features a rustic wood deck with views of the Zoo and nearby Reid Park. The venue is perfect for an elegant reception, wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, bridal shower, or rehearsal dinner.
The adjacent classroom (which can be included) is an ideal spot for food or gift tables and includes a pull-down projector screen and a viewing window into the lion-tailed macaque exhibit.
