Request Your K-12 Zoo Field Trip

Please follow these steps:

1. Please select your Program, Topic, and Guide. For self-guided trips please choose self-guided for all three.
2. Click desired field trip date and time. Field trips dates can only be selected after 2 weeks from today
3. Fill in the Personal Information
4. Once completed click submit. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm the visit date.
5. This form is for field trips to the Zoo ONLY. If you would like to reserve a VIRTUAL program, please use this form.
