Zoo Lights 2017

 

Twinkling lights, hot chocolate and family – it’s the most wonderful time of the year at Zoo Lights, presented by Tucson Electric Power.

Thousands of twinkling lights, light displays and animal-themed light sculptures help make Zoo Lights a part of your Tucson holiday tradition. Enjoy falling snow, seeing Santa, listening to live music and carousel rides (for an additional fee). Warm up with hot cocoa (with or without spirits!), a s’mores station and cinnamon rolls for a sweet holiday treat! Our regular Cafe fare will also be available for purchase.

Zoo Lights goes from December 7th through the 23rd with Encore Nights December 26th through the 30th. Santa will not be at the Encore Nights as he will have returned to the North Pole.

Reid Park Zoological Society is proud to be partnering with the Humane Society of Southern Arizona, Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona, and Tucson A List. If you bring one of the items below, you will receive $1 off admission for Zoo Lights from December 7th – 19th.

Items needed for the Humane Society are dog, cat, puppy and kitten canned (pate style) and dry food, dog biscuits (no colored dyes), plastic cat toys, and Kong dog toys. Items needed for Tucson A List’s children’s toy drive are toys for ages newborn-13, art supplies, games, and books. Items needed for Community Food Bank are peanut butter, cereal & granola bars, canned tomato products, canned soups, canned vegetables & fruits, rice, pasta, and beans. • $6 for Children (2-14)
• Children under 2 are free

Tickets are non-refundable. Discounts cannot be combined.

Animals will have access to heated night houses for this event, and will likely choose to be off exhibit.
