Penzi’s Fourth Birthday Celebration

Join in a celebration for the love of elephants and in honor of Penzi the elephant’s fourth birthday. Watch Penzi and the herd receive some special enrichment treats and learn what it takes to care for these gentle giants during zookeeper presentations. You may catch a glimpse of Penzi’s new baby sister, too! Enjoy free cookies for the first 400 guests, courtesy of the Narcus Family Trust, music, games, elephant themed activities and more.
During the morning’s festivities, discover more about our world’s amazing elephant species and efforts to conserve healthy populations at home and in the wild.
