Timed Ticket Entry Starting November 1

You’ve spoken and we’ve listened! Based on feedback from the community and as part of our focus to keep everyone safe and healthy, Reid Park Zoo is implementing new procedures for purchasing tickets and visiting the Zoo. This new system will help us to control the number of people in the Zoo at any given time and to further encourage social distancing.
All tickets, including those for members, must still be reserved in advance using the Zoo’s online system. Please note that all tickets sold for November 1 dates and beyond must be purchased for specific dates and entry times, and must be redeemed during the scheduled time.
