The Meerkat Pups are Growing and Learning
Let’s check in with our 19-day-old meerkat pups!
“All five pups have their eyes open now and they are becoming much more mobile,” Julia, one of their care staff, reports. “They are exploring their space, learning to navigate and go through tunnels, and following their parents around learning new skills like digging and foraging. They aren’t eating solid foods yet, but practice makes perfect!”
