Reid Park Zoological Society Receives TEP Grant

tep-grant-photo Reid Park Zoological Society is proud to be a recipient of a Tucson Electric Power Environmental Protection and Sustainability Grant. This grant will will help fund a solar photovoltaic system for Reid Park Zoo’s new Animal Health Center. Technicians for Sustainability, a local solar contractor, will install 63 solar modules that help power the new, energy-efficient facility. This will be the third solar installation that TEP has helped build at Reid Park Zoo. We appreciate TEP’s continuing commitment to solar power and sustainability. Thanks to TEP and congratulations to all the grant recipients!
