Do Our Bears Hibernate?
You may have noticed that the Zoo’s grizzly bear’s Ronan and Finley don’t hibernate during the winter. Molly, one of the Zoo’s educators, is here to tell you more about why bears do and do not go into hibernation.
The old Zoo parking lot is closed permanently as we make way for construction of Pathway to Asia. The new parking lot is located North of the Edith Ball Adaptive Recreation Center (ARC) and Reid Park Zoo.
