Cockatoo Meets the Meerkats

Kanecky the sulfur-crested cockatoo often gets to go on walks throughout the Zoo, and today he got to meet the meerkat mob!

When cockatoos raise their crest and extend their wings, it means that they’re excited. It looks like both Kanecky and the meerkats enjoyed making new friends!
