The old Zoo parking lot is closed permanently as we make way for construction of Pathway to Asia. The new parking lot is located North of the Edith Ball Adaptive Recreation Center (ARC) and Reid Park Zoo.

Elephant Baby Info Page

elephant babyThe Baby elephant, named Nandi, is healthy and active–and adorable! She was born on August 20, 2014. She is typically on exhibit each day from 9am-1:30pm. She and the herd occasionally move to an area out of view for short periods of time so if you do not see her, we suggest checking back in 15 or 20 minutes.
